Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries regarding product functionalities, issues, or malfunctions through phone or chat communications. Diagnose customer concerns, including issues encountered during training, product usage, or software applications, and suggest appropriate solutions. Utilize interpersonal skills and product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Record customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and document recurring product challenges to support quality assurance and product enhancement initiatives. Work schedule: Monday to Friday (7 am – 8 pm), 8.5 hours per day, totaling 42 hours per week, aligned with the US Calendar.Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support, customer service, back office, or a related field Proficiency in English Strong communication abilities Effective conflict resolution skillsPreferred Qualifications
· Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
· Experience in engaging with customers
· Familiarity with computer systems and various software applications
· Ability to navigate multiple software programs and screens simultaneously
