Job Title: Retention Specialist - English Advanced

At Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer retention team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer retention plans to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform retention strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Background in sales and customer retention preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
