At Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer retention team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer retention plans to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Monitor and analyze customer data to inform retention strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Background in sales and customer retention preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
