- Provide problem resolution for non-standard HR issues within defined practices and procedures.

- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
- Must have level C1 English.
- Must have B1-B2 French (conversational).
- Required Excel skills.
- Desired previous experience in Human Resources areas (onboarding, contracts, HRSS processes).
