Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Sagan, you will play a critical role in connecting global talent with leading American companies. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base and present compelling membership offers.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and fluent English speaker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles. They are adept at utilizing CRM software, thrive in a remote work environment, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
About the Role- You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to engage our extensive client base and present compelling membership offers.
- You will educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales and guide leads through the sales pipeline from initial outreach to successful closure.
- You will collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals.
Salary: up to $1,700 per month (plus commissions) based on location and performance. Flexible compensation structure with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Requirements- Fluent proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in Google, Slack, CRM (ServiceTitan).
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction.
- Superlative verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
