Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the Front Office, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and enquiries. You will also support team members in delivering exceptional customer service and ensure that all hotel rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors to provide feedback on guest experiences and other departments. Your role will involve maximizing room occupancy through up-selling techniques, promoting hotel services and facilities, and adhering to company brand standards.
A successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused industry, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Previous supervisory experience and experience in the hotel industry would be advantageous.
