Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Development Director to drive the success of our Pro AV portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining product visions, expanding our product roadmap, and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, assess competitive landscapes, and understand customer requirements and trends.
  2. Product Strategy: Develop and execute our AV product strategy for RUCKUS, aligning it with the overall business goals and market trends.
  3. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including feature prioritization, defining product specifications, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects.
  4. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, working with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing and sales materials, and overseeing go-to-market strategies.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the product roadmap is executed efficiently and within specified timelines and budgets.
  6. Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
  7. Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the AV product line, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and budget management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management (5 years+), particularly in networking or technology-related fields (15 years+).
  • Strong understanding of AV networking technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with a keen eye for user experience and product quality.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
