As a Government Affairs Strategist, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and shape the external environment in our key markets. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of government affairs and policy initiatives with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute impact-driven strategies to shape the external environment in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador
  • Map and engage key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Kenvue's policies and business practices
  • Build trust within the organization and enhance reputation with key external stakeholders, including elected officials, regulatory authorities, media, NGOs, and advocacy groups
  • Closely connect with the external environment to identify and communicate key trends relevant to Kenvue's business
  • Translate Government Affairs & Policy-related work into relevant business-driven insights
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Company's business, including its people, operations, and external operating environment
Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in shaping the external environment in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. You should have:

  • At least 10 years of related business/government-facing experience, particularly in advocacy and policy making
  • A sound knowledge of the industry regulatory, sustainability, and healthcare policy environment
  • Strong ability to articulate a plan that enables the Company to understand the risks, opportunities, and implications of industry/government initiatives
  • Ability to interface, develop rapport, and be articulate with Senior Leadership from the Company and with external senior stakeholders
