Job Description:
We are seeking a Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our LATAM Communication function, you will lead corporate communication and brand PR, communications crisis management, strategic projects, and initiatives around ESG. Your primary objective will be to build and protect our reputation in Colombia and Venezuela with a focus on national media, local government, and non-governmental organizations. You will support an integrated approach to developing and implementing external, internal, and brand communications strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate communication and brand PR
- Manage communications crisis situations
- Cordinate communications/media reports for LATAM and Center region
- Design and deliver sustainability engagement and behavior change programs
- Foster proactive media relations
- Manage timely response to media inquiries
- Align both sustainability and communications strategy with Public Affairs and regulations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, communications crisis management, public relations, and/or sustainability management. You should also have excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills in English and Spanish. Additionally, you should be able to work agilely in different teams, balance multiple priorities simultaneously, and deal quickly with unexpected situations.
