EMAPTA is seeking a skilled Senior Revenue Analyst to drive revenue growth and optimize inventory for maximum profitability across a portfolio of properties. As a key member of the revenue team, you will play a crucial role in disrupting the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue optimization for your portfolio, ensuring alignment with revenue and RevPAR targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and build internal processes and SOPs for the revenue management function.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for properties across all revenue segments and channels.
  • Track revenue management KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics with a strong understanding of local markets to exceed budgeted revenue.
  • Forecast future monthly performance for each property through quantitative market analysis.
  • Establish effective partnerships with the sales team to build an appropriate base of business and occupancy during lower demand periods.
  • Partner with the brand and marketing team to optimize channel mix strategy.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize guest experiences and incorporate feedback into pricing strategy adjustments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to assist the product team in building tools to optimize revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties.
  • Analytical and data-driven in decision-making, able to sift through large amounts of data and devise creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Comfortable with change and an extraordinary problem solver; thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments and are self-motivated.
  • Strong individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset, willing to take on heavy lifting for the benefit of the team, even when not directly responsible.
  • Eager learner passionate about finding the next dollar; fascinated by the dynamics of consumer (and ideally hospitality) businesses, and enjoy understanding customer behavior to influence product or pricing strategies that generate additional revenue.
  • Excellent communicator with healthy habits of documenting decisions and regularly sharing status updates.
  • Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel modeling skills, including modeling and data report presentations.
