Key Responsibilities:- Collect payments on invoices from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and documentation.
- Generate debit and credit memos as needed to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Perform in-depth analysis of customer payment patterns to identify and resolve issues.
- Review and reconcile large and high-profile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain frequent communication with internal and external customers to resolve payment and dispute issues.
- Ensure timely processing of customer credit balances and generate reports as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and IES systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
