Job Overview
The role involves analyzing data pertinent to the aftersales sector within client organizations. The analyst will be responsible for creating dashboards that automate processes, support data-driven decision-making, and evaluate current business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and maintenance of data architectures, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across multiple platforms. Collaborate with senior data architects to apply best practices in data modeling. Develop and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing QlikSense and other business intelligence tools. Translate business requirements into effective visualizations that facilitate the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Engage in the automation of repetitive data processing tasks to improve efficiency and minimize errors. Implement process automation tools that enhance data flow and reporting. Provide technical support for business intelligence applications, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal performance. Contribute to the updating and optimization of applications to align with changing business needs. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement. Assist senior analysts in generating comprehensive reports and presentations based on data insights. Collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, and assist in training on business intelligence tools and dashboards.Qualifications:
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical), Business Intelligence, Administration, or related fields. Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level of English. Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense, and other dashboard tools, with a solid grasp of data visualization best practices.Essential Skills:
