Role Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for examining data related to the aftersales sector within client organizations. This role involves the creation of dashboards that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and evaluate current business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data structures, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with senior data architects to adopt best practices in data modeling.
- Develop and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing QlikSense and other business intelligence tools.
- Translate business requirements into effective visualizations that assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate repetitive data processing tasks to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
- Implement automation tools that optimize data flow and reporting processes.
- Provide technical support for BI applications, resolving issues and ensuring consistent performance.
- Update and enhance applications as necessary to align with changing business needs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist senior analysts in generating comprehensive reports and presentations based on data insights.
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including IT, to provide training on BI tools and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical), Business Intelligence, Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense, and other dashboard tools, with a solid grasp of data visualization best practices.
