Epsilon is in search of a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Manager who will be responsible for the development and upkeep of comprehensive analytics frameworks. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in business intelligence, demonstrating proficiency in crafting, enhancing, and streamlining ETL processes and dashboards to bolster our data-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create BI frameworks that enhance decision-making for business stakeholders.
  • Establish monitoring systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Construct ETL processes to support services or data models.
  • Assess business requirements to elevate our commercial and technical performance indicators.
  • Administer and oversee database systems.
  • Develop integrations with external APIs to link various services or data models.
  • Achieve objectives set for each sprint.
  • Maintain documentation of your developments.
  • Architect data structures.
  • Effectively communicate technical developments to non-technical audiences. (This is crucial)

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Experience in managing data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Background in agile project management methodologies.
