Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in Criollo Haitiano, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with our software systems;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
