About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring seamless onboarding of talent into the organization. You will work closely with the Head of People and Recruitment Lead to source the best talent in the market and ensure that all candidates are supported throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling based on candidate availability and our teams' dynamic calendars
  • Work with teams across the US, UK, and Colombia to interview candidates
  • Manage and maintain our recruitment database to ensure candidates continue to flow through the process
  • Be responsible for enabling access for new employees and ensure they are correctly onboarded into the firm
  • Coordinate onboarding scheduling and training across the globe

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and onboarding as these are critical areas for the continued success of Aimpoint Digital. Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • +3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR
  • +3 years of experience with scheduling and managing calendars with different time zones
  • Experience working with US companies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening)
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Experience managing recruitment CRM platforms such as Workable, Breezy, Gem, etc.
  • Experience working in a technology company is a plus

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This position is based out of Colombia, but fully remote. Medellin-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our office and meet with our local team.
