South Pole is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to building a sustainable and equitable society. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our People & Culture Team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires someone with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. As a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach and driving business outcomes through effective talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR Business Partners and Business Line Leaders in developing and implementing recruitment strategies across various business lines.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts for roles across business lines, focusing on delivering new and innovative recruitment solutions to meet hiring targets.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that drive results.
  • Create, build, and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates across business lines through various sources, including social media, university relations, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, etc.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process from job description to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or relevant experience as a talent acquisition or recruitment partner in multiple industries/sectors.
  • Understanding of core People & Culture processes, particularly recruitment, staffing plans, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and a start-up mentality, including a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive and driven approach, able to identify challenges and suggest solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient English language knowledge (Spanish proficiency highly valued).
