Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter, also known as a Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates for PRGX.

This position requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, and executing end-to-end recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage top talent in the market and foster excitement about working at PRGX.
  • Develop and implement traditional and non-traditional methods to source top candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including posting roles, conducting kickoffs, screening and evaluating candidates, managing stakeholder relationships, advising hiring managers, ensuring inclusive interview processes, negotiating offers, and completing pre-employment onboarding tasks.
  • Consult with hiring managers to comprehend business, departmental, and hiring requirements.
  • Create compelling engagement strategies to attract candidates and deepen talent pipelines.
  • Leverage appropriate tools and sources effectively.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, market intelligence, and salary negotiation.
  • Foster connections with business resource groups, professional organizations, and other relevant networks.
  • Conduct intake and planning sessions with hiring managers to grasp position requirements, potential sourcing alternatives, and search completion plans.
  • Raise awareness of the importance of diversity in hiring practices.
  • Recommend top candidates based on objective evaluation criteria.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation Department.
  • Build a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure accurate management of assigned jobs/requisitions in applicant tracking systems.
  • Maintain adherence to PRGX hiring standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to candidate hiring and onboarding.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in working with remote clients and developing strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong process management, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and influence management skills.
  • Knowledge of staffing tools, such as applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media, and candidate sourcing applications.
  • Able to consult and provide expertise to ensure high-quality candidate hiring.
  • Able to manage high-volume workloads across several functions, departments, and regions.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
