About the Role

As a Legal Manager at adidas, you will be responsible for providing legal and compliance services to the country (Colombia). This role is a key part of our organization's efforts to ensure that we are operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Legal Advice and Support: Provide legal advice and support to all functional areas in the country regarding contracts, labor matters, franchising, anti-trust, corporate law, consumer rights, international trade, and foreign exchange restrictions.
  2. Manage Labor Litigation: Management of labor litigation and any other type of litigation.
  3. Manage Consumer Complaints: Management of consumer complaints.
  4. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws in the market.
  5. Provide Training: Responsible for providing training in anti-trust, contracts, corrupt practices, fraud, and sexual harassment.
  6. Manage Expenses: Ensure that all expenses for legal costs remain within budget.
  7. Contract Management: Contract drafting and contract negotiations.
  8. Support LAM Compliance Officer: Responsible for supporting the LAM compliance officer of the country.
  9. Manage Legal Service Providers: Management of legal service providers in the country.

Requirements
  1. Experience: Experienced in the job and fully qualified/trained.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and practices.
  3. Competence: Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc.
Education and Experience
  1. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience.
