About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team at Easygo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Latam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractual Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, and data processing agreements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective compliance programs, monitor regulatory requirements, and provide support for the implementation of policies and controls.
  • Legal Advice and Support: Provide day-to-day legal advice on matters related to the operation of the company, including contractual disputes and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with business verticals to ensure full support in launching new products, features, and promotions in a compliant manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Latam, including AML monitoring and mandatory reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Law degree
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience working in legal, compliance, regulatory, or auditing functions
  • Skills: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, and experience working with regulators, external auditors, and inspectors
  • Soft Skills: Motivated, hardworking, able to manage self and other tasks to meet required deadlines
