Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Entity Financial Manager to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process for our legal entities in LATAM, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, tax filings, and other reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting

Streamline month, quarter, and year-end closings within established timelines, handling high-importance/complex items during entity closings, and managing local audits.

Financial Analysis

Provide crucial financial data and analysis to Business Unit (BU) Finance, supporting their performance analysis and decision-making.

Team Management

Recruit and develop a high-performing accounting team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as internal accounting standards and policies.

Stakeholder Interaction

Closely support Local Finance Director and/or General Manager on entity results, financial statements, local filings, and compliance.

Collaboration

Actively collaborate with Consolidations and Technical Accounting teams on complex accounting matters.

Communication

Provide data for month-end performance analysis to BU Finance teams.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

Experience

5-8 years of proven experience as a controller or similar roles, preferably in a multinational company.

Skills

Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial legislation, and regulatory standards.

Leadership

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Communication Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical Skills

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
