About the Role

Keller Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced senior recruiter based in Colombia to drive our growth and identify top-tier talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations for managerial and senior-level applicants, utilizing advanced interviewing techniques and assessment instruments to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and recruitment technologies to incorporate industry best practices into talent acquisition, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and utilize data-driven approaches to continually improve the recruitment process, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of successfully identifying and evaluating talent for managerial and senior-level positions.
  • Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach, enabling effective decision-making and leadership.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of impressing clients and partners globally.
  • Experience in negotiation with proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with new companies and individuals on a global scale.
