Real Estate Appointment Setters and Lead Managers

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking native or near-native English speakers for a full-time position as Real Estate Lead Managers / Appointment Setters.
Your role involves cold-calling leads, building rapport with sellers, establishing and nurturing relationships between our company and clients, collecting property information, and scheduling appointments for Acquisitions Specialists.
This is a key position in the growth and success of our business, and we will provide the necessary tools, training, and support to help you perform at your best.
While experience in this field is not necessary, we are looking for experienced Sales Representatives, Cold Callers, and Call Center Agents. Any background in real estate is preferred but not required.

The compensation package includes a base salary plus bonuses, with an uncapped earning potential.
The estimated salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedules vary between 40-48 hours per week and can be negotiated based on individual availability.
Responsibilities- Cold call a minimum of 150 leads per day
- Book a minimum of 5 appointments per day
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients to overcome objections and collect property information
- Complete submission forms according to company procedures
- Share deals on Slack and collaborate with Acquisition Specialists
- Maintain accurate records of progress and leads
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
- A competitive, confident, and persuasive personality is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, public relations, or negotiation roles
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or real estate is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior phone etiquette
- Familiarity with American culture is beneficial
- Type A personalities excel in this role
