About the Role:

Synnex is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead our Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting & Technical Support services activities and provide expertise to customers together with partners and Dassault Systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer enquiries and map/develop solutions for Unity.
  2. Organize and deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for Unity related solutions.
  3. Deliver product presentations to customers (in-house, fairs etc.) and tradeshows, webinars etc.
  4. Deliver online training courses (internet) for sales partners and their customers.
  5. Provide project support for customer projects (billable).
  6. Support Datech staff with Unity product related topics.
  7. Create, document and publish hard and software benchmarks in the Unity environment.
  8. Write product-specific articles for in-house and external professional media (e.g. Datech Portal).

Requirements:
  1. Strong communication abilities, excellent mathematical skills and the capacity to facilitate teamwork across departments.
  2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related field/equivalent applicable experience.
  3. Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
  4. Experience using Unity, or other real-time 3D engines, in either a production or solutions capacity with either solid C# or C++ skills or tech artist/artist experience.
  5. Knowledge of API and any programming language (VB.NET, Java Script, C++, Python) is mandatory.
  6. Knowledge and/or experience of industries served by Unity or other competitors.
  7. Demonstrated track record of customer-centric service, either technical pre-sales or consultancy, and team-first approach.
  8. Experience in setting up and moderating customer meetings focused on the technical discovery and communicating the outcome to internal stakeholders.
  9. In depth understanding and knowledge of current IT landscape and technology (Networks, operating Systems, internet, database, scripting, cloud, etc.).
  10. Experience working in either automotive, manufacturing, architecture or construction.
  11. Have personally developed or architected solutions for either automotive, manufacturing, architecture or construction, either built on Unity and/or another tech (both are preferable).
  12. Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of project management.
  13. Proven strong negotiation skills and persuasion to align resellers and end-users towards Unity strategy and collaborative solutions.
  14. Proven persistence and resilience in a technical high growth software industry.
  15. Team player with a strong customer orientation.
