Your Key Responsibilities

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes. Your primary objective will be to deliver value through customized technical solutions, proactive account management, and exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in technical business analysis, project management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1-C2) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to address both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms, startup ecosystems, and the ability to provide expert support tailored to the fast-paced nature of these businesses.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced ability to comprehend intricate technical environments, systems, and network architectures, and design custom solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Communication: Strong ability to deliver exceptional, personalized support, clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and ensure all stakeholders understand the solution and its impact.
