About the Position

Join TD SYNNEX Colombia LTDA as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks such as inventory management, allocation assessment, order prioritization, and oversight of pending orders. This position is crucial for upholding the accuracy of our sales order processes and service level agreements (SLAs), allowing our sales teams to concentrate on activities that drive revenue and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input orders into the management system.
  • Review and verify that orders comply with established criteria.
  • Liaise with sales teams for order evaluations, status updates, or additional information. Assess and validate open orders, making decisions regarding cancellations when necessary.
  • Monitor electronic orders, resolve issues, and ensure the swift processing of orders that are delayed in the system.
  • Update orders with priority designations to facilitate timely processing in a first-in-first-out manner.
  • Assess inventory levels and determine product availability and allocation.
  • Manage inventory for customer orders pending confirmation.
  • Analyze order patterns and provide insights to the sales team to alleviate potential negative impacts on business and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate product availability against orders and offer feedback and suggestions to the sales team.
  • Inform sales teams and management of necessary actions and make decisions regarding usage code modifications.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher) is required.
  • Ability to assimilate research data from various sources, analyze it, and recommend suitable actions.
  • Skills in conflict resolution to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships.
  • Capacity to perform under stress and manage high workloads and deadlines.
  • Proficient in following oral and written instructions and seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate ideas and convey essential information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Competence in preparing and analyzing reports and business correspondence.
  • Quick learning ability for new systems and technologies.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and details in numerical data.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting skills for system-related issues.
  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications (spreadsheets, word processors, databases).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and/or expertise in related areas of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure task completion.
  • Ability to comprehend, integrate, and enhance complex cross-functional business processes.
  • Adaptability to change and flexibility to adjust as necessary.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • An Associate Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
