Perform User Acceptance TestingYou will perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure that our solutions meet business requirements.
Document Process and Create Training MaterialsYou will document our processes and assist in the creation of training materials, providing input and support for the design and delivery of training programs.
Create Communication PlansYou will create communication plans to drive user adoption, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated to our end-users.
Identify Opportunities for ImprovementYou will identify opportunities for improvement and standardization in our Quote to Cash global processes, ensuring that our solutions are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze User Feedback and ActivityYou will analyze user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the user experience and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our end-users.
Qualifications- 13 years of experience as a business or technical business analyst
- Fluency in English (Must)
- Experience with pricing, contracting, billing or quote to cash software preferred
- Experience using sales software (CRM, CPQ, CLM) is highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Experlogix and Conga apps preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technology field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a team-based setting, work across regions, and work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
