Bruntwork is seeking a highly skilled Digital Aviation Marketing Strategist to drive our digital marketing strategy and transform our online engagement into qualified leads for our professional pilot training programs.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced social media manager with a strong background in digital marketing, ideally in education or professional training sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content across various platforms, managing email marketing campaigns, and analyzing metrics to optimize conversion rates.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost engagement and generate qualified leads.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, focusing on list building and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize conversion rates from social media followers to qualified leads for flight training programs.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in education or professional training sectors.
  • A strong grasp of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including video editing and graphic design.
  • Experience with email marketing and list management.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
