Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for developing strategic proposals and budgets for clients, ensuring the flawless execution of each campaign, and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing influencer relationships, creating briefings, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Additionally, they will handle content validation, client relationships, contract generation, and billing follow-up.

Job Functions:

  • Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for our clients.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively connect with the client, understanding their needs and cooperating with the team.
  • Maintain high levels of campaign execution through exceptional organization and time management.
  • Closely work with existing relationships to close deals.
  • Influencer strategy and management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, community management in an agency environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar is required. You should also have strong communication and negotiation skills, great organizational and analytical skills, pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills. High energy and a can-do attitude are essential. Goal-oriented, fast-learning, and autonomous workers are preferred. Updated knowledge of trends in different social media platforms is necessary. Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, good relationship is a plus. English advanced or C1 is necessary; any other language is a plus.
