**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a highly competitive salary package, tailored to your qualifications and experience. This includes:
- Total annual compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 USD per year
- Paid time off (15 days increasing to 20 after four years)
- Holiday time off (~10 days per year)
- An annual customized training plan and time to study

**Job Description**
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Digital Marketing Strategist to own and grow Urban Insight's marketing function under the guidance of the CEO, COO, and Director of Client Development.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in marketing, including developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing campaigns across various channels. They should be proficient in Hubspot, Canva, Google Suite, Jira, Notion, Google Analytics, content management systems, and more.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will formally establish the marketing function, working as a marketing team of one with cross-functional support. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, prioritizing marketing channels, and driving growth via goal-setting, target audience definition, business case creation, and budget management.
- Maintaining brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels and sales deliverables.
- Planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns and establishing key B2B funnels to increase MQLs and achieve conversion goals.
- Increasing conversion rates through conversion rate analysis, A/B testing, UX and customer journey optimization, lead nurturing, and landing page optimization.
- Leading content development and creation across all channels, including sales and marketing collateral, email, website and blog, whitepapers, video, newsletter, social media, and conference/field events.
- Providing detailed analysis and reports on conversion metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to recommend investment in marketing activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrable success in developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience marketing B2B professional services, such as web design agencies, marketing agencies, or consulting firms, to both nonprofits and for-profits.
- Minimum CEFR C1 level English proficiency (ideally C2).
- Demonstrated success growing MQLs and providing a strong ROI.
- A highly motivated and tenacious personality.
- Experience with experimentation and execution on various digital marketing channels, such as email, social media, thought leadership, video, websites, and more.
- Ability to work independently on a marketing team of one with cross-functional support.
- Strong data analysis and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
