Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage queries and requests from our customers. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing proactive support to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat platforms;
  • Provide expert guidance on NielsenIQ processes and methodologies to ensure seamless customer interactions;
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services to provide informed solutions;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field;
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in analytics or related fields;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
