B2C Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled B2C Customer Service Professional to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our students and stakeholders.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for processing student enrollment applications from overseas, maintaining accurate records, generating invoices, and ensuring prompt communication with students and field staff.
You will also be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across different destinations, provide efficient and friendly customer service, and continually look for ways to improve service quality and response times.
Key Responsibilities- Handle enrollments (bookings) to KLG schools in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and Switzerland.
- Support the B2C and B2B Sales Team based in Brazil to achieve sales targets for the market.
- Maintain accurate student database and arrival pipeline.
- Provide prompt advice and support to student inquiries mainly related to visa, payment, and arrival to our schools.
- Develop excellent relationships with students and build strong rapport with school personnel.
- Continually look for ways to improve service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
