Job Summary:

Sutherland Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Global Applicant Tracking System: Provide technical support and maintenance for our global applicant tracking system, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Uphold Business Processes: Review and address end-user issues, providing timely and effective support to resolve problems and close issues.
  • Inform and Engage the Team: Log all issues and provide feedback to end-users and leaders on evolving issues, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
  • Identify Trends and Opportunities: Recognize users who have developed best practices and propose solutions for sub-optimal processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive Business Growth: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency, contributing to the growth and success of Sutherland Global.
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Implement data management routines that have a positive impact on the organization, including data collection automation, data validation, and process control/analytics tools.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Drive effective change management for a stable and consistent delivery of Sutherland Global internal reporting and analytics services, reviewing audit findings independently and with relevant team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Smart Recruiters, back-end configuration experience.
  • Skills: Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives; proactive ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking skills; intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Minimum English proficiency B2.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented and able to work as a team player.
