Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth through outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with potential clients in the FMCG industry.
  • Consistently hit sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets.
  • Handle rejection positively and professionally, and turn them into learning opportunities to improve your sales approach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives to further the sales process.
  • Research and analyze potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, improve sales strategies, and optimize the sales process.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our product and service offerings, as well as our target client personas.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B enterprise outbound sales, preferably in the FMCG or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales automation software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.
