Role Summary

The Executive Business Partner will play a key role in supporting senior executives in driving business priorities forward. This individual will be responsible for managing complex calendars, meeting requests, and travel arrangements for senior executives, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support senior executives in achieving business objectives by providing strategic guidance and coordination.
  • Plan and execute international organization-wide onsite events, including logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed guidance to senior executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale events, including logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner who is able to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities.
