As our Associate, Operation, Business Development
You will:
- Own planning details for the business development team’s sales calls and FAM trips (15-20 trips a year)
- Perform activities associated with the planning of the team travel plans
- Partner with the team to ensure all travelers have flights, hotel details and itineraries
- Own, manage and update the team calendars, expenses, and trip notes
- Review travel itinerary to ensure all the details are correct and aligned
- Maintain professional and productive relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure this FUN experience
- Gather post-trip photos and feedback to create a review
You are:

- Highly organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage workload and prioritize assignments
