Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and development teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations;
    • Own and prioritize product backlogs, refining user stories and ensuring that the development team has clear goals and priorities;
    • Drive Agile practices within the team, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;
    • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate delays or issues;
    • Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing resource allocation and timelines;
    • Collaborate closely with development and design teams to ensure the product meets user and business requirements.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity;
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow professionally;
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members;
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and team members;
    • Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle;
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
    • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools;
    • Ability to prioritize and manage backlogs, define user stories, and align project goals with business needs;
    • Technical understanding to collaborate with development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a Product Owner role;
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with a track record of delivering on time and within scope;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Solid experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage backlogs, define user stories, and align project goals with business needs;
  • Technical understanding to collaborate with development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or product-driven environment;
  • Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients or working within large organizations;
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools for smoother collaboration between development and operations teams;
  • Experience in user experience (UX) or working closely with UX/UI teams;
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking for project portfolios;
  • Experience with international or remote teams across different time zones.
