We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Resem Colombia team in Bogota. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new accounts through professional real estate agencies and/or construction companies, by cold calling, prospecting and networking, with a goal of subscribing them to our portal in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generated revenue.
- Pitch our portal as a power selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies and increase interest in its services.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
- Nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio, via inbound requests and outbound cold calling, to better understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for us to solve them.
- Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a SaaS or digital business, with a hunter mentality.
- Skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking.
- Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
- Native Spanish speaker and proficient in English.
