About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Medtronic plc. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices and solutions to healthcare professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Pursue leads and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maximize the benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Implement market development plans and strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, biomedical sciences, or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with consultative sales and B2B models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
