Job Summary

"Representante de Servicio al Cliente" is a key role at UnifyCX, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
  • Accurately gathering and registering information from traffic citations and member records.
  • Providing clear instructions and requirements to members, ensuring they understand the necessary steps to resolve their cases.
  • Maintaining accurate membership information and updating records as needed.
  • Supporting team lead and adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English (B2+).
  • Proficient computer skills and typing ability (at least 35 WPM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (emails, instant messaging, calls).
