"Representante de Servicio al Cliente" is a key role at UnifyCX, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately gathering and registering information from traffic citations and member records.
- Providing clear instructions and requirements to members, ensuring they understand the necessary steps to resolve their cases.
- Maintaining accurate membership information and updating records as needed.
- Supporting team lead and adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
- Proficient computer skills and typing ability (at least 35 WPM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (emails, instant messaging, calls).
