**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Accounting Strategist to lead our accounting department and play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. This is a key leadership position that will enable the successful candidate to join a rapidly growing organization and work closely with our Financial Controller.

World Business Lenders, LLC provides general-purpose short-term commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. Our mission is to provide innovative financing solutions to support business growth and success.

**Salary:** $105,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.

**Job Description:**
The Chief Accounting Strategist will be responsible for leading our accounting team and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* CPA in active status
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
* 10-15 years of general accounting experience, ideally in a mortgage or business lending company
* Experience with Sage GL preferred
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
