VISA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products and platforms in the VBS (Visa Business Solutions) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering solutions to solve the transaction management, purchasing, expense, and accounts payable needs of VISA's clients in the Andean region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver solutions to solve the transaction management, purchasing, expense, and accounts payable needs of VISA's clients in the Andean region.
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative products and platforms in the VBS division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of the Andean market and client needs to inform product development and delivery.
- Work closely with VISA's product development teams to design, develop, and deploy new products and features.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on product development and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and features.
- Strong understanding of the Andean market and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of payment technology, B2B solutions, data solutions, and APIs.
- Proven project management skills, strong attention to detail, and execution focus.
- Knowledge of all electronic payment types, including commercial card payments.
- Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-functional teams.
- Strong results-oriented leader, analytic, and fact-based consultative discipline.
