About the Role:

The Financial Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the financial operations team in various tasks, including reconciliation, reporting, and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in finance and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate payment processing
  • Prepare and submit reports on payment to vendors and other stakeholders
  • Process payments and settlements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Administer bank products and relationships, including accounts, leasings, and meal allowance cards
  • Validate Forex exposure and AP payment schedules
  • Program and execute payments to local suppliers, vendors, payroll, taxes, and import tariffs
  • Provide reports to management and the corporation
Requirements:
  • Professional Psychology student or recent graduate
  • Strong teamwork, result orientation, and effective communication skills
  • No prior experience required, as this is an internship position
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Availability to work full-time (40hrs/week) over the course of the internship
  • Subject to a background check and drug screen prior to starting the internship
