Smart Choice Home Buyers is seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Representative to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential sellers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound calls to potential leads to assess their interest in selling their homes.
  2. Qualify prospects based on their motivation to sell.
  3. Arrange appointments for our acquisition team to visit potential sellers.
  4. Follow up with prospects as necessary to ensure a smooth sales process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle rejection, and remain self-motivated and organized.
