Job Overview

As a Real Estate Appointment Setter at BruntWork, you will play a crucial role in sourcing promising sales leads by contacting prospective home sellers via phone and email. Leveraging lead lists and sales technology, you will identify motivated sellers, introduce them to our solutions-based approach, qualify leads based on established criteria, and schedule appointments for the sales team.


Responsibilities
  • Make high volumes of outbound call contact leads lists
  • Identify motivated sellers looking to sell their property
  • Introduce our real estate solutions and business model
  • Screen leads using qualifying criteria questions
  • Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the sales team

Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in real estate industry
  • Proven success with high volume outbound sales calls
  • Confident and persistent phone communication style
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments
