The primary objective of the HR Operations Specialist is to deliver comprehensive support and services throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR processes are executed efficiently while providing essential support to employees. Additional duties include guiding and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist employees and managers at every stage of the employee lifecycle, facilitating seamless transitions and fostering positive experiences. Employee Engagement: Serve as a resource for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering insights on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Manage employee grievances and mediate conflicts. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. Regularly update HR policies and procedures, and educate employees on these guidelines. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, payroll data, and HR databases. Process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, terminations, and promotions. HR Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, executing processes within the designated business area. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Cultivate relationships with employees and management, providing HR support that contributes to their success. Work alongside HR colleagues and Payroll to ensure consistency. Industry Insights: Remain updated on industry trends, research, and best practices within the HR domain. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and methodologies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Several years of progressive HR experience across various roles. Proficiency in English and native Spanish is essential; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous. Strong understanding of labor legislation in Paraguay; familiarity with regulations in other South American countries (Argentina, Chile, and Peru) is a plus. Hybrid work model: Willingness to work both remotely and in-office.
