Position Overview: Your Contribution to HR Excellence

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative functions, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Shaping the Future of HR

Communication and Support:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries directed to the HR inbox.
  • Acquire knowledge of HR services and policies to effectively address employee questions and concerns.
  • Manage communication through emails and comments, ensuring professionalism and clarity.

Team Collaboration:

  • Engage in regular meetings and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to remain informed and aligned.
  • Assist in facilitating collaboration across Payroll, HR, and Benefits teams.

Documentation and System Management:

  • Upload and maintain files within the HR system, ensuring accurate personal profiles.
  • Support the creation, processing, and updating of procedural documents to enhance learning and compliance.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Willingness to assist and effectively address employee needs.
  • Positive, service-oriented demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, along with experience in Outlook and Word.
