We are excited to present an opportunity for a Human Resources Service Delivery Specialist to become part of our HR Service Delivery Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and providing accurate and timely information to our workforce regarding their HR-related inquiries.
This position offers a fantastic chance to join a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative Human Resources team with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and management for HR-related inquiries through a Case Management System.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing employee questions concerning payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Complete US I-9 documentation and process it using the E-Verify system.
- Oversee off-boarding processes, including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation details.
- Manage various forms related to Human Resources activities.
- Maintain electronic personnel files for employees.
- Conduct employment verifications.
- Engage in HR Service Delivery projects as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing Human Resources roles is preferred.
A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills in diverse environments, including written, telephonic, and face-to-face interactions.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capability to interact with various individuals and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Workday and a Case Management System is advantageous.
