About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive customer service excellence across Canada and LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement best practices for customer interactions, workflow, and service delivery across both regions.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, Credit, and Operations, to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Two or more years of experience in customer service, technical support, back office, or related roles.
- Excellent customer service skills and good conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in leadership roles, coaching, and customer service.

Benefits and Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a flexible benefits package. We also offer a wide range of benefits, resources, and competitive compensation plans designed to support you at every career and life stage. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
