Insurance Claims Case Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Case Coordinator to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Claim Initiation: Open claims with all relevant insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Document Verification: Verify and document all necessary details for claim submissions to facilitate the legal process.
- Client Intake: Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather essential information about the case.
- Case Management: Accurately record and maintain all client information in the firm's case management system.
- Communication: Communicate updates on liability status to attorneys and provide necessary documentation.
- Evidence Collection: Request and obtain video footage, police reports, and other relevant evidence needed to support the case.
- English Proficiency: C1 - C2 level.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a law firm, specifically within the Personal Injury practice area.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
