We are a dynamic and innovative company looking to drive growth in our renters insurance product. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about B2B sales and have strong client relationship building skills.
Job SummaryThis is a commercial real estate specialist role that involves identifying and generating business opportunities with property management companies and key markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings with property managers to present our renters insurance policy, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients to secure collaboration agreements, working closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure business closures, and conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the renters insurance industry.
Responsibilities:- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and generate business opportunities with property management companies and key markets.
- Client Relationship Building: Schedule and coordinate meetings with property managers to present our renters insurance policy, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure collaboration agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the renters insurance industry.
- Lead Generation Optimization: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure business closures.
A competitive estimated salary of $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location, makes this an attractive opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers in commercial real estate sales.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are preferred.
